Corrosion preventive compound
(E153) is flammable and toxic. It can
irritate skin and cause burns. Use only
in well-ventilated area, away from heat
and open flame. In case of contact,
immediately flush skin or eyes with
water for at least 15 minutes. Get
medical attention for eyes.
NOTE
Procedure is same to install bearing in
forward connecting link (414C3056-4)
and aft connecting link (414C3056-3).
Bearing (114HS662-1) is used for link
(414C3056-4).
Bearing (114CS124-1) is used for link
(414C3056-3).
NOTE
If a crack in the connecting link is
suspected during installation, refer to
TM 1-1520-253-23.

Coat bore (1) of lower fitting (2) with corrosion
preventive compound (E153). Wear gloves
(E186).
