9.
Working in the cockpit, install pedal rig pin (T127)
(26) through copilot’s pedals (6). With pedal rig
pin (T127) installed and copilot’s pedals aligned
in the neutral position, use a tape measure (27.1)
positioned at the forward edge of the base of
the pilot’s cyclic stick boot (27.2) and measure
to the edge of right pedal post (9), repeat this
procedure for the left pedal post. Pilot’s pedals
must be aligned within 1/8 inch of each other.
10.
Check position of copilots thrust control (2).
Measure between grip (3) and pivot block (4).
Distance must be 5-3/32 to 5-19/32 inches.
11.
Check position of pilots thrust control (27).
Control must be within 3/32 inch of measurement
for copilot’s control (2).
12.
Check position of copilot’s cyclic stick (10) and
pilot’s cyclic stick (28). Pilot’s cyclic stick must be
about parallel to copilot’s cyclic stick.
INSPECT
13.
Check cyclic stick position indicator (29).
Indicator must indicate 1 division forward of
position N.
