towards IN until meter (2) indicates 450 to 550
ohms. Meter deflection shall be smooth.
3.
Slowly release WINCH SPEED CONTROL
(7) towards IN. Observe meter (2) indicates
resistance decreases smoothly to 0 to 1 ohm,
with control centered OFF.
