Valve Installed in Crash Proof Box
General Safety Instructions:
Control valve must be installed in
crash proof box before performing
test. Otherwise, injury to personnel
can occur.
Hydraulic fluid ejected under pressure
can cause injury to personnel.
Hydraulic fluid sprayed into the air is
a fire hazard.
Hydraulic fluid (E199) is toxic. It can
irritate skin and cause burns. Avoid
inhaling. Use only with adequate
ventilation. Avoid contact with skin,
eyes, or clothing. In case of contact,
immediately flush skin or eyes with
water for at least 15 minutes. Get
medical attention for eyes.
When applying pressure to the ramp
control valve, do not exceed a rate of
25,000 psi per minute, or damage to
the valve could result.
