Position cams (61 and 62), rounded surface
facing toward tube (49), on squared section of
shaft (32).

Install levers (63 and 64), washers (65), and two
nuts (66) on shaft (32).

Connect two springs (67) to eyebolts (58) and
levers (63 and 64).
