Otherwise, damage which could affect operation of manual release mechanism may be overlooked. 1. After each manual release, visually check block (1), bolt (2), sleeve spacer (3) and keeper (4) and beam (5) for damage, binding, or distortion. There shall be no damage, binding, or distortion. 16-17
