Use adhesive (E41) only ifprepackaged kit is not available.9.Mix tube of adhesive (E40). Follow instructionson kit.Weigh and mix adhesive and resinaccurately to produce acceptablebond.10.If adhesive (E40) is not available, prepareadhesive (E41). Weigh 100 parts of resin, and23 parts of hardener. Mix in polyethylene cup(E157) until color is uniform. Use wood spatula(E424). Wear gloves (E186).NOTEWorking life of adhesive is 30minutes.11.Align trailing edge (7) and tip (8) of replacementsection (6) with outside edges of doublers (4).Check that doublers overlap section 1-1/2 inchesin each direction. Mark outline of section oneach doubler.12.Apply adhesive (E40 or E41) to bottom ofreplacement section (6) and marked side ofdoublers (4) within marked outline. Recordweight of adhesive used.13.Position section (6) within outline on one doubler(4). Press firmly together.14.Position top doubler (4) on replacement section(6). Press firmly together.15.Apply a thin coat of adhesive to outside surfaceof both doublers (4).16.Align mesh (5) with trailing edge (7) and tip (8)of section (6) over doublers (4).
