Remove screw (5) and two lamp holders (6).
Remove panel (7).
4.
Remove four screws (8) from top plate (9).
Remove plate (9).
5.
Tag and disconnect five wires (10) from switch
(11) by removing six screws (12) and washers
(13).
6.
Remove nut (14) and washer (15). Remove
switch (11) from plate (9).
