DRAIN OIL COOLER
1.
Remove lockwire from drain plug (1). Remove
plug from oil cooler (2). Drain oil into container.

Remove packing (3) from plug (1).
3.
Install packing (3) on drain plug (1). Install drain
plug. Lockwire plug to nipple (4). Use lockwire
(E231).
REMOVE VALVE
NOTE
Do not let oil spill on fins of oil cooler.
Spilled oil will spray from cooler during
transmission operation.
4.
Remove lockwire from bypass valve (5). Remove
valve from oil cooler (2). Use cloths (E120) to
absorb oil spillage.
5.
Remove packing (6) from valve (5).
