NOTE
Bearing may be installed within liner
or directly against bearing bore.
7.
Clean bearings (2 and 3) and mating surfaces of
bore (4 or 5) or liner (6 or 7). Use acetone (E20)
and cloths (E120).
8.
Apply sealant (E345.1) to mating surface of
bearings (2 or 3), bore (4 or 5) or liner (6 or 7)
(MIL-R-46082).
9.
Install bearing (2 or 3) in bore (4 or 5) or liner (6
or 7). Use arbor press (TM 55-1500-322-24).
Installed bearings shall be flush with link (1).
