General Safety Instructions:
Carbon dioxide (dry ice) (E92)
causes severe burns (frost bite) and
gives off toxic fumes. Use only in
well-ventilated area. Do not get in
eyes, on skin, or clothing. In case
of contact, immediately flush skin
or eyes with water for at least 15
minutes. Get medical attention for
eyes.
Methanol (E243) is flammable and
toxic. It can irritate skin and cause
burns. Use only in well-ventilated
area, away from heat and open flame.

Dry ice (E92) in methanol (E243) has
a temperature of -120ºF (-84.4ºC).
Observe all safety measures when
working with dry ice (E92) and
methanol (E243), and when handling
chilled parts. Avoid breathing carbon
dioxide vapor.
Wear Kevlar gloves (E187) when
handling chilled bushings.
