Install bolt (9), and washer (10) through bracket
(2) and pulley (6).
5.
Reach under structure (11) and install nut (12)
and washer (13) on bolt (9).
6.
Position panel (14) and install three screws (15).
7.
With aid of helper pull bracket (16) down.
8.
Install wire rope (1) forward through posts (17)
and pulleys (18).
9.
Release bracket (16).
