General Safety Instructions:
Use suitable crash box to shield
personnel and equipment in case of
failure during test.
Hydraulic fluid (E199) is toxic. It can
irritate skin and cause burns. Avoid
inhaling. Use only with adequate
ventilation. Avoid contact with skin,
eyes, or clothing. In case of contact,
immediately flush skin or eyes with
water for at least 15 minutes. Get
medical attention for eyes.
PREPARATIONS
1.
Hydraulic test stand shall be filled with hydraulic
fluid (E199).
2.
Test fluid temperature shall be maintained
between 70º and 110ºF (35º and 58ºC).
