Slide ball end attachment (8) of cable (9) into
recess in cable attachment (10).

Slide outer sleeve (11) up cable (9) and position
over fitting (6).
6.
Tighten nut (12) on fitting (6).
7.
Put free end of control assembly (13) through
clamp (14).
